Spring Honey

This honey is collected by bees from spring flowers, apple trees, pear trees, sea buckthorn trees, and dandelions that bloom in spring along the west coast of Denmark. The honey is sustainably handmade by beekeepers on the island, of Rømø. The taste is mild and can be enjoyed by anyone. It is characterised by a subtle floral and minty scent that spreads refreshingly in the mouth.

Summer Honey

This honey is collected by bees from raspberries, blackberries, white clover, and pink fireweed flowers that bloom in the summer along the west coast of Denmark. The honey is handmade sustainably by beekeepers on the island, Rømø. You will experience sweet and fruity flavors, and towards the end, a pleasant floral scent fills the mouth.

Autumn Honey

This is honey collected by bees from tamarisk and bell heather which blooms in the fall on Rømø Island. This honey has a complex taste with notes of caramel, a unique bitterness and a deep luxurious caramel scent.
